Winter Style

From my point of view, the definition of winter means doing everything in my power to keep myself warm. Since I am clumsy (thanks mom) and do not participate in winter activities such as skiing or snowboarding, I have no reason to be outside. Me and cold weather do not mix well. In case I haven’t mentioned it, I live in Michigan. A state where the weather is unpredictable, one day it can be seventy degrees, the next day it can be snowing. This means my wardrobe always needs to be prepared. Anyways, this year I told myself I will not hibernate and instead, gladly take on the cold weather (occasionally). Which also was a great excuse to head to the mall to update my winter wardrobe to evolve my winter style.

Below are the details of what I am wearing. Scroll through this post to find the direct links of where to get these perfect pieces to stay warm. At the bottom of this post I have included more direct links to find similar pieces from this post. Happy December!

Winter Style

I’ve been dying to get a coat this season that is warm and chic. Luckily, I found this one at Nordstrom’s on Black Friday. This is a Fleurette Long Wool Coat , it is a timeless piece and I know it will last many years.

I love wearing beanies during the cold season. I am wearing the Daily Beanie from Neff Headwear. What I love most about this beanie is the ribbed texture, the variety of colors it comes in, and how light it is which means no sweaty head. On my feet are classic Women’s 1460 Smooth Dr. Marten’s. I have nothing more to say about these shoes except they are an essential for everyone’s wardrobe, they are perfect.
